Help with inFaous 2 for ps3 ?

i have infamous 2 my ps3 is firmware 3.56 it ses to update it to 3.60 or higher & i dont want to do that at all because i want to jailbreak it wen its avalible but my question is is there a way to play inFamous 2 with out updating the firmware?
