Ive got a ps3 and I've downloaded one of the welcomeback packages for the ps3 but I can't find the other games?

I opened the "for ps3" downloads and downloaded one of the free games (dead nation) and I remember clicking on another (jnfamous) but now I can't find the download the game infamous... there are now only two choices on the welcomeback package which is: PSP downloads and a theme. What happened? and where can I get the second free game?
