Political Science Help Please! :)?

Some comments to get you thinking. Some one creates the laws (they write them up and vote on them). Someone vetoes the laws (I don't like your law and I have veto authority). Some one has to execute the law (e.g. they arrest people, do inspections, write tickets, put up signs). Someone judges whether the law is fair, and decides how the law should be applied if their is confusion.
