Uncharted 3 beta question?

everyone doesn't have ps plus. the welcome back program only gives access to plus for 30 days. after that, people would have to pay to keep their plus status. so someone like myself who does not plan to keep ps plus after the trial period, would not be able to access the beta until the final week. regular or paid plus members and those who have the code would receive beta access weeks before i would as a regular psn member.
