So where were all the Birthers during our last several presidential elections?

They must have been awfully sure of themselves that all of our past presidential candidates, equally clouded in bureaucracy, were legitimate. Is it just coincidence that many conservatives are all totally mystified by Obama and all these strange, magical, mysterious places he's lived, like Indonesia?
